1. Peptic ulcers: this is not a mild discomfort at all. It is serious illness. These are wounds in your tract, specifically the duodenum although they can be found in the abdomen. Bacterial infection is the most likely culprit for this digestive disorder but some medications like pain killers can also result in them. You can stop smoking and taking alcohol to stay away from ulcers. Also avoid situations that can aggravate psychological stress.

Eat only enough so as not to stress your stomach.

4. Swallowing: if you have problems swallowing, you need to see a doctor fast. Cancer, infection or even torn tissue after recurrent swelling can cause this digestive disorder. Sometimes it could even be that your oesophagus muscles are involuntarily contracting. Another possibility is that you do not chew you food properly. This last possibility can be overcome by slow but effective chewing of food before swallowing.

5. Constipation: the basic cause of constipation is low fibre foods intake. Sometimes also, it could be that you do not take enough water. It sometimes comes with incontinence of stool. Take enough water especially after meals, eat high fibre foods and eat at regular appointed times. Exercise done regularly also helps.

6. Belching: this digestive disorder is also called burping. Air can get trapped in your stomach as a result of taking a carbonated drink, eating quickly or wrong chewing of food. This air comes up suddenly and noisily. Don't chew fast and eat slowly.

7. Irritable bowel syndrome: irritable colon is a condition whose cause is not yet known. The best way to handle it then is to observe what causes it for you or the circumstances in which it occurs and avoiding them. Gas is a must avoid.
