How Jacob Build The Perfect Six Pack

Jacob was a very average guy and after several summers where he had always looked jealously at other people with six pack abs, he finally decided that this summer he was going to sport a beautiful and flat stomach of his own.

He started searching on tips and techniques on the internet, but after surfing around for a couple of hours he found himself being more confused than ever and he didn't know which product or training regimen to go for. He eventually decided that he would just sign up for a membership in his local gym and would figure out to build his abs on his own.

After signing up and a couple weeks of training, Jacob was getting slightly frustrated and confused about his lack of results. He had after all trained his abdominal area, 4-5 times a week for the last couple of weeks and he still saw no improvement; he actually felt that his stomach looked even more bloated than it had done before he had started on his training regimen.
Jacob had made the mistake a lot of people make when they first start their quest of getting six pack abs. He had started training his abs religiously, maybe even a little too religiously since 4-5 times a week is way too much training for the abs. The abs should be treated as any other muscle group and shouldn't be trained more than 1-2 times a week. Where Jacob had made his biggest mistake was that he hadn't changed up his diet a single bit and he had even eaten more junk food in the last couple of weeks because all the training made him hungry. He realized that maybe his diet plan was the problem and ordered a individualized diet plan to fit his needs perfectly.

This diet plan made sure that he was always eating fewer calories than he was burning and even though it was hard to follow in the beginning, he quickly got used to this new diet plan. As a bonus he even felt healthier and a lot lighter on his feet. After following his new diet plan and saving a lo t of time because he was now only working his abdominals 1-2 times a week, he started to see results after just a couple of weeks.

After a couple of months of following this plan he developed a beautiful set of abs, the same kind he had been wanting for so long!
